Pressco has created the VERISPEC™ product for offline testing of preforms and bottles ( plastic, metal, or glass). Designed to provide powerful and repeatable metrology in a robust and easy to use and maintain package, VERISPEC delivers impressive results with minimal effort.
The VERISPEC system offers a suite of measurement options including a host of dimensions, wall thickness, concentricity, volume, and weight. Built on a modular platform, each unit can be configured to meet individual requirements.
Available in manual or automated loading configurations, once a part is placed into the system, the requested battery of measurements are performed without any user interactions. Multiple bottles can be placed on a conveyor and preforms can be loaded into a pick and place grid for a fully autonomous automated analysis.
Coupled with proprietary software, the VERISPEC product provides users with an easy to use touch screen interface with impressive data collection, storage, and transfer options.

Finish Measurement inspection uses a telecentric lens to provide accurate dimensional measurements (S, T, E, K, H, Z, X, A, D, L, W, B, F and HF) for plastic, glass and metal containers as well as plastic preforms.

Preform Measurement inspection provides automated measurement of the concentricity of preforms while tracking the results over time to detect the attributes of bent core pins as well as providing wall thickness and weight measurement options.

Bottle Thickness Measurement with accuracies less than 0.002" (0.005 mm) are available in both automatic or single load models with 2 degree circumfrential and 0.050" (1.27 mm) vertical increments.

Volume Measurement provides repeatable, temperature independent, automated testing with accuracies to less than 0.3 ml with reusable water fill.
