The Washdown option exchanges the standard INTELLISPEC™ cabinet with a NEMA 4X compliant, stainless steel enclosure suitable for a washdown environment.
The Correlation option reduces maintenance downtime by matching defective parts to specific machine parts or production processes through easy to read graphics and exportable data charts.
A Dual Monitor upgrade adds a second cabinet mount monitor for concurrent viewing of the INTELLIMASS™ interface.
A NEMA 4X Remote User Interface is available for interaction with the INTELLISPEC™ system away from the processing cabinet. This stainless steel interface is suitable for washdown environments.
The OPC option enables streaming OPC data for integration with SPC and other enterprise software packages. The data includes a variety of data values from the INTELLISPEC™ system with refresh times as low as 100 ms.
The Dual Reject options adds a second reject device that can be tied to specific inspection to provide gross defect sorting.
The Reject Confirm option adds a post-reject sensor to validate proper part reject. An alarm can be added to create an audible alert or other action in the case of a missed reject.
The Light Tree option provides a four segment visual warning device, with audible alarm to provide real time system status feedback.
An Air Conditioning unit is available for systems in hot or humid conditions. The A/C unit can be integrated directly into the INTELLISPEC™ cabinet to provide environmental control of the processor.
The Extended I/O option adds additional input and output capability to the standard INTELLISPEC™ system. This additional I/O logic can be used to drive a PLC type device or to input actions to the system.
Smart Support allows a remote connection to be established with an installed INTELLISPEC™ system. A Pressco representative can then troubleshoot and adjust the system remotely, without requiring an onsite visit.
An Air Knife unit is available for part preparation prior to imaging. This option allows for quick removal of dust or moisture that could adversely affect inspection capability.
An automatic height adjustment stand is available for inspection modules on swing lines. This stand facilitates mechanical module height adjustment during change over operations.
Mechanical control of the focus and aperture of the inspection cameras is available in most inspection modules. This option allows for control of the image properties through the INTELLISPEC™ interface.
