The modular INTELLISENSE™ platform provides a variety of sensor based technologies to inspect for fill level and cap placement, verify the seals on vacuum based products, determine if labels have been applied and to detect defective seals and pinholes. Designed for the filling industry, these products are built to withstand the rigors of the industrial environment while providing pertinent and timely production information.
An ergonomically designed user interface is easy to use and utilizes a learning based algorithm to expedite setup. The modular design also allows sensors and features to be added quickly for enhanced functionality.

The High Frequency (HF) technology is applicable to conductive liquids in PET, HDPE and Glass containers.

Infrared (IR) technology is appropriate for inspecting liquids in PET, HDPE, and Glass containers.

The X-Ray (XR) inspection unit is the most accurate and most flexible. It is applicable to PET, HDPE, Glass, Aluminum and Steel containers and will accommodate both conductive and non-conductive liquids.

The Vacuum Pressure (VP) sensor uses a proximity laser or an acoustical device to determine if vacuum based products are properly sealed.

The Vacuum Pressure (VP) sensor uses a proximity laser or an acoustical device to determine if vacuum based products are properly sealed.

The Label Presence (LP) system uses sensors to determine if the label has been applied. It is capable of identifying the presence of seven different labels on either a conveyor or inside a labeler. This system is applicable to PET, HDPE, and Glass containers. Color based sensors are also available.

The Leak Detector (LD) platform uses patented techniques to provide reliable detection of containers with defective seals, pinholes and low fills. This system is applicable to nearly all PET, PP, or HDPE containers and most liquids.
