RMA FAQ

All Pressco systems receive extensive simulated run time and detailed review by our quality technicians as part of our Final Inspection and Test (FIAT) process.  We are pleased to provide a standard 13-month system warranty in order to demonstrate our confidence that the expected level of performance will be achieved on critical run-time systems.  This warranty covers the replacement of any part which, under normal operating conditions, fails to operate as a result of a defect in material, design or workmanship. Our dedicated Repair Center is available to either repair or replace the part in a timely fashion to keep you online and in production.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required to start the process.  In order to expedite your request, please fill out the Online RMA form and use the provided RMA number with your return shipment.  For questions or concerns, please contact
