The demand for higher quality preforms continues to rise and Pressco has responded with a completely redesigned Preform Inspection System. Taking advantage of the powerful INTELLISPEC™ platform, the PMH-1200 enables customers to inspect all areas of the preform - from the seal surface to the gate - at unprecedented speed and accuracy. In addition, a color inspection module is available to detect off color preforms.
The integrated material handling system exposes all areas of the preform for inspection purposes while operating at speeds up to 1200 parts per minute. A wide range of preform sizes and geometries can be accommodated and changeover times have been minimized.
