The BNS series of modules are optimized for the inspection of plastic containers.  While available for conveyor applications, the construction of these modules has been specifically designed to be integrated into a stretch blowforming machine (i.e. Sidel, Krones, Krupp, KHS, etc.).  All modules are equipped with CHROMAPULSE™ technology to insure optimal illumination capabilities across a wide variety of container types.  Combined with our patented ability to provide valuable correlation information, Pressco's BNS line of modules is the standard of the industry.

Base Neck Seal

This module provides a single camera, back lit view of the base through the mouth of online bottles. The Neck bottle inspection module provides a single camera, back lit view of the neck region of online bottles. The Seal Surface bottle inspection module provides a single camera, front lit view of the seal surface region of online bottles.
