Pressco's filling inspection suite offers scalable functionality to inspect the entire filling line. Fill Height/Cap Placement, Label Position/Presence, Date Code and Tamper Sleeve inspection modules are all available to provide comprehensive visual inspection. All of the components are housed in NEMA 4X rated stainless steel enclosures and mounted on wash down compatible stands designed to operate in a filling environment.
Combined with additional preform, bottle and cap inspection modules in a combination blow/fill environment, Pressco has the expertise to keep you covered, up and down the line.

This two camera module utilizes two solid state illumination arrays to provide comprehensive fill height, cap placement and tamper band inspection in a single package.
The LS4 inspection module contains four cameras and two solid state CHROMAPULSE™ illumination panels. All four of the cameras, at a single trigger point, are dedicated to detecting skew on transparent labels.
The Label Flagging module contains a single dedicated camera in a top down view. Along with two solid state CHROMAPULSE™ illumination panels, this module provides label flagging inspection around the entire circumference of the bottle.
The Label Skew module contains a single camera and two solid state CHROMAPULSE™ backlights to facilitate label inspection for opaque labels.
The Date Code inspection module provides a single camera, back lit view of the body of a filled bottle. Properly aligned, this view allows for the verification of date code presence in the region in question.
The Tamper Sleeve inspection module provides a single camera view to confirm the presence of the tamper sleeve on filled bottles. Gross defect detection is also available with this module.
