Q. What is high-speed vision inspection?
A. Many products, such as beverage cans and plastic beverage bottles, are manufactured at
very high speeds, ranging from several hundred to several thousand parts per minute. To
insure each product is safe and free from defects, each product must be visually
inspected. A human cannot possibly visually inspect each product at these speeds.
Presscos high speed vision inspection systems take pictures of each product as they
pass in front the systems camera(s) at real-time production speeds, and a computer
analyzes whether the product is free from defects or not. If the product is not okay, the
Pressco vision system rejects it from the product stream.

A. Each spare parts list is customized for individual systems, based on the options you
received with your system(s). Contact one of our Customer Service Representatives at

the following information available:
Pressco system type (e.g. Interrogator,
Extractor, etc.)

A. Complete an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) form on line (RMA
form).

Defective part name & serial number
Defective part problem description
