Graphical User Interface:

We listened to customer input and redesigned the user interface to provide intuitive menu navigation, single step part file changes, on-line tutorials, and more powerful inspection algorithms. All of these features combine to simplify the day-to-day operation of the system, enabling users to take advantage of the power of the INTELLISPEC system.

On Line Process Monitoring:

The ability to measure key product features on-line, such as seal surface diameter and gate offset, or rivet diameter and flange diameter, is one of the many features that sets the INTELLISPEC apart from its competition. Pressco’s patented correlation feature helps identify problem spindles, molds, or transfer arms on blowmolders, die cavities on presses, or spray guns on liner machines.

Reduced False Rejects/False Accepts:

Taking advantage of higher resolution cameras, advanced algorithms, patented lighting technology and decades of machine vision experience, the INTELLISPEC product has demonstrated significant reduction in false rejects and false accepts compared to competition and earlier generation machine vision systems.

Modular Design:

Each inspection module is designed to withstand the rugged environment of the manufacturing facility, thus ensuring years of reliable, trouble-free operation. The lighting and optics components are optimized to provide maximum performance for the desired inspection and additional modules can be purchased as inspection needs change.

Patented ChromaPulse™ Illumination with SmartLIGHT™ Control:

Pressco’s patented ChromaPulse illumination takes advantage of solid-state lighting technology to achieve uniform, snap-to-snap illumination. Combined with Pressco’s SmartLIGHT Control, the user can program the color, direction and intensity of the illumination, thus optimizing the lighting for each individual inspection. All CHROMAPULSE arrays come standard with a five year warranty.
