Portable INTELLISPEC™ training unit

This unique desktop unit can be used as a standalone system to train new operators and maintain peak efficiency of existing operators. Or customers can download images from their INTELLISPEC Machine Vision System, use the INTELLITRAINER™ to modify and verify inspection parameters, then upload the new part program to the INTELLISPEC system – without affecting or disturbing the online inspection process.

Because it comes equipped with pcAnywhere™ software, the INTELLITRAINER can also function as a remote diagnostics station to monitor INTELLISPEC performance via modem or over a TCP/IP network.

In addition to INTELLISPEC software, the INTELLITRAINER system includes a full size keyboard, trackball, 15” LCD display and high speed computer equipped with modem, network card, read/write CD drive and floppy disk drive. Sample Standard Part Programs and images are included on the hard drive so training can begin immediately – or part files and images can be downloaded from any INTELLISPEC system to customize the training process.

The INTELLITRAINER is packaged in a rugged, custom-fit protective carrying case and comes with a complete set of operators manuals.
