Using INTELLISPEC's proven inspection capability and patented CHROMAPULSE illumination technology, this new system detects and rejects out-of-tolerance closures before they cause filler downtime. Out-of-round caps, and caps with defects on the seal surface, tamper band, threads, liner, or with flash defects are removed from the production stream prior to entering the filler.

This material handling system is designed for wash-down environments and can be easily integrated with Sidel's cap feeder/ descrambler.

Another innovation available with this system is Pressco's new RETRO-SPEC^{(patent pending)} interface. This powerful tool unwraps a region of interest on a part and allows you to see pass/fail information for that part, up to the last 10,000 parts. It allows you to change the sensitivity of that inspection to see how the inspection would have performed over the most recent inspection population.
