Sales Manager
|
Pressco Technology Inc. designs, develops and markets ultra high-speed sensing
and process monitoring products for the global container manufacturing industry.
We are currently seeking a SALES MANAGER to secure bookings
in the container and closure markets to meet quarterly financial goals. The
individual must be capable of traveling in his/her designated territory and
selling Pressco’s full breadth of products while “delighting” customers.

Duties/Essential Job Functions:
- Travel in the designated Midwestern United
States territory to meet with customers and other designated third
parties presenting our product capabilities; also, listening and
understanding customer requirements.
- Utilize and update contact management
software to provide accurate information and generate reports to improve
sales and internal personnel effectiveness.
- Generate proposals, letters, and other
customer correspondence.
- Develop strategies to obtain customer
satisfaction and secure business.
- Generate selective reports to Senior
Management and Product Teams on competitive offering, key market
information, and desired system enhancements.
- Provide feedback to Sales Management and
Product Teams on new product developments.
- Other job-related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Five years sales experience selling
capital equipment to large multi-national accounts.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or
engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and
interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact and communicate with
both domestic and international customers.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced,
changing environment.
- Ability to work and make decisions in a
team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time
management, organizational, leadership, and planning skills.
- Ability to travel extensively in the
designated territory.
- Computer literate with basic word
processing, spreadsheet, and contact management software experience.
