Pressco offers a variety of inspection modules and lighting arrays to inspect labels. Our intelligent software algorithms can detect flaws in plastic or paper materials for wraparound and other label styles. Inspection hardware is packaged in stainless steel enclosures meeting NEMA4X/IP65 specifications. Modules are typically mounted adjacent to a customer-supplied conveyor following the labeler, or in some cases inside the labeling machine. Bottles are rejected immediately following the label inspection modules.
