To respond to that need, Pressco has designed SmartSupport, a secure, real-time application that allows a Pressco Systems Specialist to remotely connect to your system to ensure your vision inspection system is running optimally. On-demand troubleshooting is available through this interface to keep your systems optimized for maximum inspection performance.
SmartSupport is easy to use. Simply establish a high-speed connection to the installed INTELLISPEC™ system or connect the system to your plant’s existing LAN. Security for the SmartSupport system is built in.
